Links to other websites
Our online offer contains links to other websites. We have no influence on whether their operators comply with data protection regulations.
When using these websites, cookies are stored on your end device during or after your visit to our online offers. These are small text packages that can be sent from a website to the browser, which stores them and sends them back again. Different information can be stored in cookies, which are read by the bureau that sets the cookie. They usually contain a characteristic string of characters (ID) that enables the browser to be uniquely identified when the website is called up again or when a page is changed. They primarily serve to make our online offers more user-friendly and effective overall. The user data collected in cookies is generally pseudonymised by technical precautions, which means that it is generally no longer possible to assign the data to the calling user.
Transient cookies, also known as temporary or "session cookies", are cookies that are deleted after you leave our online offer and close the browser.
Persistent or permanent cookies, they remain stored even after the browser is closed. For example, the login status or search terms entered can be saved. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a predefined period of time, which may differ depending on the cookie. However, you can delete these cookies at any time in the security settings of your browser.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data using cookies is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, insofar as these cookies contain data for contract initiation or contract processing.
You can also use some of our services without cookies. To do this, you must configure your browser accordingly so that no cookies are accepted. Please use the help function for this. Please note, however, that you may not be able to use the full range of services.
If you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, we store the information you provide in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO in order to answer your enquiry and to be able to ask possible follow-up questions.
If you use our contact form, your IP address will also be saved. The processing of the personal data from the input mask serves us to process the contact. The other personal data processed during the sending process serve to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.
We delete the enquiries if they are no longer required and no compulsory archiving obligations apply.
Children and young people
Children and young people under the age of 16 should not submit any personal data to us without the consent of their parents or guardians.
Script libraries, web fonts and integration of third-party services
Our offer sometimes includes content, services and performances of other providers. These are for example font libraries (e.g. Google Webfonts), script libraries (e.g. jQuery), maps (e.g. Google Maps), videos (e.g. YouTube), graphics and images from other websites.
In order for this data to be called up and displayed in the user's browser, the transmission of the IP address is mandatory. The corresponding retrieval automatically triggers a connection to the operator, where corresponding server log files may then be generated.
Even though we endeavour to use only third-party providers who only need the IP address to deliver content, we have no influence on whether the IP address may be stored.
